The only way we continue to develop is by questioning, gathering and listening. Our industry, like many others, is in a state of flux. It's in moment's like these that insights from others help provide a clearer picture of the present moment.
This is a small zine that hopes to contribute to that in some modest way. Four creatives have each asked a question; both for themselves and for one another.
The zine also celebrates a year of Applied Systems as a desing studio, The creatives we've invited have played a major part in helping our Director, Alister Shapley, reach this point. They've been supporters, mentors, and friends throughout and Applied Systems wouldn't exist without them. The insights they've shared have always been valued, and we hope their answers will help and inspire other in theri own journey within design.
